Will the Wooden Urn Be Affected by Humidity?

Our memorial urn is crafted from premium solid wood that has been heat-treated for enhanced durability and stability.

The wood is resistant to insects, mold, cracking, and warping under normal indoor conditions. The reinforced lid design also provides a secure and reliable closure.

For best long-term preservation, we recommend placing the urn in a dry indoor location such as a bookshelf, cabinet, or display shelf.

How Should I Store My Pet’s Ashes?

If the cremation process leaves larger bone fragments or incompletely processed ashes, residual moisture may remain. We recommend asking your crematorium to finely process the ashes whenever possible.

If bone fragments are retained, placing a small desiccant packet inside the container can help keep the contents dry.

Most crematoriums return ashes in a sealed plastic bag. In this case, simply place the sealed bag directly inside the memorial urn without opening it.

If the ashes are provided in a separate container, you may place a desiccant inside that container before storing it inside the urn.

Is It Durable? Will It Have a Wood Smell?

Our memorial house is handcrafted from solid wood and finished with an eco-friendly protective coating.

Because each piece is newly produced, you may notice a natural wood scent when you first receive it. This is completely normal and will gradually disappear after a few days in a well-ventilated area.

Each urn is carefully inspected to ensure lasting quality and provide a beautiful memorial for your beloved companion.
