To capture your pet's likeness perfectly, please upload clear, well-lit photos. Ideally, we need at least 3-4 photos from different angles: a clear front view of the face, left and right profiles, and a back view (especially if they have unique markings or spots). If you only have a few old or blurry photos, don't worry—just upload what you have, and our design studio will do our absolute best to reconstruct their beautiful features.
Absolutely. We believe that every memory deserves perfection. For highly customized items like 3D printed urns, figurines, and needle felted replicas, we will send you digital previews or photos of the draft via email before finalizing the product. You can request adjustments to the details (such as facial expressions or coat colors). We will only proceed to the final production and shipping once you are 100% satisfied.
Because each piece is handcrafted or individually modeled by our studio artists, the creation process typically takes 7–14 business days depending on the complexity of the design. Once completed, standard international shipping usually takes 7–10 business days to arrive (US, UK, CA, and AU). You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched, allowing you to follow its journey home.
Yes, we select only the highest quality materials to ensure your tribute stands the test of time. Our wooden urns are made from premium solid wood, our ceramic and brass pieces are built to be timeless, and our 3D printed materials are durable and eco-friendly. For needle felted custom items, we use premium 100% wool felt. All seals on our urns are designed to securely protect your beloved companion’s ashes forever.
Due to the deeply personalized nature of custom pet memorials, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges once the final design has been approved by you and produced. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, or if there is a mistake made on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will prioritize remaking and shipping a replacement for you immediately, free of charge.
