At KwKuaFu Pet Memorial Studio, we understand how deeply meaningful our memorial products are to you. We pour love, care, and exceptional craftsmanship into every keepsake to honor your beloved companion.

Because many of our products are individually customized (such as 3D printed urns, figurines, engravings, and needle felted replicas), our return policy varies based on the type of product you purchased. Please read our guidelines below.

1. Custom and Personalized Products

Due to the deeply personalized nature of custom-made items, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for these products once they have been approved by you and produced. These include:

  • Custom 3D Printed Urns & Figurines
  • Custom Needle Felted Pet Replicas
  • Any products with personalized engravings (names, dates, portraits, etc.)

Our Quality Guarantee: To ensure your complete satisfaction, our studio will send you a digital preview or photo draft of your custom order via email before final production and shipping. You may request adjustments during this review stage. We will only proceed to final production once you are 100% satisfied.

2. Standard (Non-Custom) Products

For non-customized, standard items (such as blank memorial frames or ready-made urns), we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

3. Damages and Issues (Our Mistake)

Your peace of mind is our priority. Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • What to do: Email us at [Your Contact Email] with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Our Solution: If the damage or error is verified, we will prioritize remaking and shipping a replacement to you immediately, free of charge, or issue a full refund.

4. Order Cancellations

  • For Custom Orders: You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, if our design team has already begun the 3D modeling or crafting process, a partial design fee may be deducted from your refund. Once the design is approved by you, the order cannot be canceled.
  • For Standard Orders: You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped for a full refund.

5. Refunds Processing

Once your return or cancellation is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal, Credit Card, etc.) within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some additional time to process and post the refund.
